Every aspect of the Japanese-style inn was perfect, from the beautiful gardens to the comforting onsen baths. We enjoyed the authentic kaiseki meals, which were presented like art dishes. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were able to assist with restaurant reservations and local recommendations.
The location was not ideal for us as we prefer to stay in the heart of the city. Although it was convenient to have some attractions nearby, we found it a bit too secluded.

We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Impeccably clean, stunning facilities including a tranquil garden and an open-air hot spring spa. The location was peaceful and transport was readily available. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming - they made our stay truly memorable.
All was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always ready to assist us. The room we had was incredibly spacious and stylish, with separate areas for living, sleeping, and even an outdoor hot spring spa. The view from the living room was breathtaking, overlooking a serene pond and beautiful garden. The meals provided were delicious and served in the comfort of our own room. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect night here. We truly hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future.

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even providing a cot for our child to sleep in during dinner. the hotel is located very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. the traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner were also highlights, with locally sourced ingredients used in the dishes.
it was a wonderful city break and a great experience of traditional Japanese living.
